We often praise the dedication of our staff at the home, and no matter what the weather throws at us, they always manage to get to work if it is humanly possible.
As you may be aware, some of our staff live on the slopes of the Titterstone Clee, where due to the height above sea level, their homes are prone to high snowfalls.
As a result, some of them have to make perilous trips on foot just to get to the main roads.
During the recent snowfall, all of our staff set off early to ensure that the safety of our residents was not compromised.
