Hendra House

Sandra E – Shrewsbury (Daughter of Resident)

My father moved into Hendra House in January 2018. Since then he has received excellent care. He has been well cared for and supported despite his advanced years (97 last July) and can be difficult at times.

Ruth C – London (Niece of Resident)

My Aunt has been a resident of Hendra House for a year and a half now and has excellent care from the extremely well-trained staff and the owner. We are all very grateful to them for such a high standard of care. She has mild dementia and is disabled, but she has improved whilst a resident.

GS – Leominster

"The care home is excellent. The staff are kind, supportive and patient. The home is very clean and well organised. Carers respond immediately to the call bell. Overall experience is excellent."

Jonathan W Hereford (Godson of Resident)

Exceptional caring and professional staff, always willing to support residents, friends and family. The home is clean, and the facilities appear excellent.

Andrew W Bromsgrove (Son of Resident)

My mother was a resident at Hendra House for ten years until her death in 2018 at the grand old age of 97. She loved Hendra and thought of it as her 'home', surrounded by her family (staff). She was cared for with love, dignity and compassion. The level of care, high standard of food, hygiene and intense staff training, make it a superb establishment.
