Finding a good care home for an elderly close relative is a daunting prospect. Fortunately, we visited Hendra over six years ago and are so relieved that we did and that a place was available. "My experience when visiting is one of seeing the residents happy and warm. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they are always ready with a drink of tea or coffee!!
