Staff training continues at apace with all staff having completed their Moving & Handling and Risk Assessment Refresher Training and assessments to ensure that no staff member or resident is put at risk when completing moving and handling procedures.
Here, we see staff members carrying out assessments, with staff members acting as residents to appreciate how someone feels when being moved with mechanical assistance.
In addition, staff have recently completed their Dignity, Respect and Human Rights training.
