“Mum moved into Hendra House in May 2016. She has dementia with Lewy bodies. Staff were very understanding from day one and very supportive. The first few weeks of settling in were difficult for Mum and myself to come to terms with but the staff made a very difficult time much easier to cope with. They keep myself and my sisters well informed of any needs mum has which of course are increasing as her condition inevitably deteriorates. You are always made welcome when visiting. Mum is kept clean and well presented. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hendra House.”
