It never ceases to amaze me how much our residents and their families appreciate what we do for them.
This is just a short extract from a letter recently received:
“Obviously, XXX would prefer not to be in a care home, but both of us are very happy with the care he is getting at Hendra House. The carers are all so kind and smiling. Nothing seems to be much trouble for them.
I also like the way the house is decorated and the way his room is furnished, it is always spotlessly clean too”.
