Congratulations to Rosie Hawkins, who recently completed her 10-year anniversary at the home.
Rosie joined us initially as a kitchen assistant whilst completing her college studies.
Her talents were soon recognised, and fortunately for us, she chose a career path via the home’s apprenticeship programme over a university placement.
Such was her progress that she was nominated for the National Apprentice of the Year award in 2015.
Since this time, she has progressed from a Care Assistant to a Team Leader and now carries out the important role of Senior Care Assistant and is a member of the Senior Management Team.
She consistently demonstrates maturity above her age and is loved and respected by residents, families, and colleagues alike.
