Despite all of the work being completed in the home, our staff development programme continues. Five members of staff have completed the 2-day Hendra Level 2 Dementia programme.
Our staff have designed a bespoke programme to ensure that the specific and individual needs of our residents are identified, understood, and addressed in a person-centred way, thereby promoting independence and dignity.
