As identified in the last blog, we continue a strategy of continuous improvement to further improve the quality of service delivered to our residents.

We are currently conducting stakeholder surveys to determine what works and what we could improve.

Individual surveys have been developed and sent to Residents, Families, Staff, and Healthcare Professionals. As a means of obtaining constructive feedback, the surveys will also provide us with an opportunity to see how the service complies with the new Quality Standards introduced by CQC in March 2024.

We would appreciate it if family members could please return your questionnaires as soon as possible. We hope to give feedback on the responses at the residents’ meeting on September 11th.
