As identified in the last blog, we have a varied training programme throughout the autumn and winter months.

In order to address our training needs throughout 2024, we have been negotiating dates with our training providers for the period up to December 2024.

To maximise the training opportunities, we have to take into account many factors, including the availability of our preferred training providers, staff and school holidays, and ensuring staff mixes are appropriate in the home when staff are unavailable during training sessions.

Vince and Lindsay have now been able to identify and book all of next year’s training with additional capacity built in for any training needs which may be identified.

We believe that the investment we make in our staff is one of the main reasons for our continued success and exemplary reputation in the sector.
