We now have the staff satisfaction survey results, which were completed earlier this month. 

The survey consisted of 10 questions. 

4 Related to job satisfaction, 2 related to staff training and development, 2 related to the quality of service delivered and 2 related to the staff’s thoughts on the management within the home. 

27 staff members from all departments took place, and the results were as follows:
