We always knew that our staff team was amazing, but they have recently gone beyond what we expected of them.
Sadly, one of our residents who was in failing health realised that she may not be with us for Christmas.
She mentioned to a staff member that she always enjoyed Christmas.
Staff immediately sprung into action and arranged an early Christmas meal with drinks, food and Christmas gifts as she shared her final Christmas with her Hendra Family.
Well done, Team Hendra, as we gave her the Christmas she wanted.
