“A very warm, friendly welcome. Hendra House is a lovely small residential home which really does feel like a ‘real’ home. Staff are very kind and caring and very responsive to the varying needs of the residents in a relaxed and comforting manner. Residents are socially engaged throughout the day. My mum immediately settled in.”
