Who would have thought six months ago that we would be holding virtual Senior Management Team meetings away from the home?
Due to the fact thar Rosie is expecting, and Vince is working from home as part of our contingency planning for the pandemic, we decided to facilitate meeting in the new format.
This has proved to be a great success as we can all still be involved in making decisions to identify and manage the modifications and improvements that are necessary as the pandemic evolves.
It also means that staff who are not on duty do not have to visit the home and meets our criteria of having the minimum number of people in the building at any given time.
