A big thank you to all family members who completed the recent Residents Family Survey to enable us to evaluate the not only the quality of service delivered during the pandemic, but also to look at ways in which we can improve in the future.
To date we have received 21 responses in all but one case there has been overwhelmingly supportive and appreciation of the service provided by the staff at the home, ratings in the various sections being identified as either Outstanding or Good.
In the response where a relative rated the home below Outstanding or Good, we will be making contact today to understand their concerns and hopefully take steps to address any outstanding issues in the future.
