The home enjoyed a good turnout for our recent Residents and Relatives meeting, where we aim to update all parties on events around the home and our aspirations for the future.
More importantly, it provides us with another opportunity to listen to and understand the wishes and needs of our residents so that we can incorporate them into our future plans.
