Regular blog readers will remember that we recently lost Ted Sys, one of our much-loved residents.
Ted will be remembered for always enjoying a laugh with fellow residents and staff alike.
One of Ted’s favourite possessions was his “Banana Hat”, which we purchased for him at Christmas to mark his love of bananas.
Lindsay thought it was fitting to take Ted’s Banana Hat with her on a recent trip to Krakow in Ted’s native Poland.
In memory of Ted and all of our residents who have recently passed away, a candle was lit in the town’s cathedral.
