We have never seen and hopefully will never again see a year like 2020.
A massive thank you for your support and understanding as we faced the unprecedented demands on our staff to ensure all our residents remained safe and well.
We are so privileged to have such a dedicated and committed staff team who have made so many personal sacrifices to ensure we consistently delivered a high standard of care to our residents, whatever the circumstance.
And this leads me on to the subject of vaccinations. I am delighted to announce that we hope to commence our vaccination programme for both staff and residents in mid-January.
Hopefully, we can all look forward to a happier 2021 with all our loved ones.
