The new and updated care plan system mentioned in previous blogs finally went live on 11th March.
Hopefully, the new system will provide a clearer pathway for recording information. More importantly, all information will be live and accessible at all times.
As you would imagine, the staff needs to adapt to several new functions, but we hope to have the whole system fully functional within the next four weeks.
