We are delighted to announce that Esmae Wear has joined the home as a Bank Care Assistant, whilst completing her Health and Social Care Studies at Ludlow and Hereford College.
Esmae’s long term desire is to become a Midwife and sees her role at Hendra as a means of developing her personal competencies and communication skills whilst employed at the home.
In the short time she has been with us she has already proved what an asset she is to the home.
