This year’s Mother’s Day was different to say the least.
Some residents did have restricted visits, which they enjoyed.
It should be remembered that many of Team Hendra are also mum’s and were unable to share the day with their families in most cases due to visiting restrictions.
To compensate those who could not see their loved ones and were due to work on the day, Vince, Gill and Lindsay decided it would be appropriate for all staff members who worked on Mother’s Day to receive a bouquet of flowers as a small thank you for their efforts not only on the day but also for the amazing sacrifices they have made over the past 12 months.
