Just an update on where we are at the moment.

Sadly, as the 4 isolated staff return to work, we have sadly received results that a further 4 staff have received a positive PCR and therefore are in isolation.

This means that our visiting arrangements remain the same with door visits only.

All residents and staff home has been retested and awaiting the results.

Residents have had rapid tests and to date, they are all negative. In addition, staff are completing daily LFTs.

Fortunately, the 4 new staff cases currently in isolation have no symptoms and rapid tests which are being completed daily and are still negative. Let’s hope that it remains that way.

On a plus side, the staff that have tested positive on a PCR have presented with either no symptoms or mild symptoms which hopefully reflects that the strain is becoming milder.

Can I thank you all for avoiding busy times during this period of extensive testing which has been greatly appreciated by the staff.
