As previously identified, we have a plan for getting back to normal as soon as possible.

Part of the plan is the re-introduction of staff uniforms.

As a result of listening to the views of our residents, we have modified the embroidery on the new uniforms so that the staff member’s name is larger than before to ensure that residents with a sight impairment can identify more easily who is delivering their care.

The uniforms arrived, but sadly they hadn’t considered the height of one member of staff.

Poor Jane will require a substantial alteration job on her dress but don’t worry Jane you could always make a lampshade with the material that’s left.

Fear not Jane as the saying goes, “They don’t make diamonds as big as bricks”.
