We are delighted to announce, despite not receiving our assessment report, that the initial feedback was very positive. So much so that we exceeded the criteria required to maintain our Gold Standard accreditation.
We have, therefore, decided that it is appropriate to carry out a further assessment to assess the home and its staff against the ultimate Platinum standards.
In doing so we hope to hope to recognise what we do well and what we need to do to build on and achieve the Platinum award. Whilst the Platinum Award is our ultimate aim. We recognise that while we may not achieve it at this point in time, we will be better equipped for any future assessments.
