As identified in the last blog the home is currently undergoing its tri-annual assessment to evaluate how the home recognises, supports, and develops its staff to achieve both individual needs and expectations in alignment with business objectives.
So far, all staff have completed a confidential questionnaire which is being evaluated across a wide range of indicators by the awarding body.
The next stage of the process will be an interview for 10 members of staff picked at random by the awarding body to identify their views and feelings about their role and the contribution they make to the organisation.
All the feedback and data are then measured against national criteria in order to identify the accreditation level that the home receives.
This process takes about 2 – 3 weeks to evaluate, and we will let you know of the outcome at the earliest opportunity.
