We are delighted to announce that Sophie Lloyd has become the latest in a long line of Hendra Apprentices. Sophie came to the home for her works experience and made such a good impression that we offered her an apprenticeship.
Sophie from Ludlow has an infectious bubbly personality and was delighted to be offered the position at Hendra House.
Hendra has a history of developing its own staff through the apprenticeship initiative, the strategy has been so successful that five members of the Senior Management Team have progressed through this route.
Hendra remains the only Social care Employer to have won at the National Apprentice Awards.
