The home recently undertook its COVID-19 Engagement and Support Call with an inspector from the Care Quality Commission.
Whilst the contents of the summary document are not in the public domain and remain confidential between those who took part, we feel it appropriate to record that we engaged in an excellent rapport with the inspector, and are pleased to report that no further actions are necessary from the comprehensive policies and operating procedures already in place.
