Clive Ireland, one of our external training providers, had the honour of joining his former colleagues from the Royal Corps of Signals at the march past of the Cenotaph.
Clive commented, “I cannot believe that I had forgotten just how much the military loves to hurry up, hurry up and wait, wait, wait.”
We paraded at 08.30 and marched off at 11.30.
There was lots of rain early on, but it was an amazing day. I wouldn’t change anything. It was so good to pay respects to the Chelsea pensioners until one of our cohorts realised he was older than they were.”
