We are delighted to announce that Hendra House was selected as the Best Employer in Social Care (Under 50 Employees) in the Country for the second year running.
The Accolades are now in their 17th year recognising organisations who support the learning and development needs of their workers, the competition is open to all 20,300 organisations who offer adult social care in England.
The competition judges said Hendra House has a very positive and proactive culture and the judges could see how the approaches to learning and development, wellbeing, innovation, business and workforce planning allows the service to keep up to date, be forward thinking, inclusive and engaging.
Skills for Care Interim CEO Andy Tilden said: “Our Accolades awards are open to over 20,000 social care organisations and winning three proves Hendra House are one of the very best of the best employers because they are committed to developing the skills and knowledge of their teams.
